Tariff  2011 – Weekly Rental Prices

 Prices: 

• Prices shown include bed linen and towels (but please supply your own pool towels).
• A non-refundable deposit of 25% is payable on booking, with the balance due 8 weeks prior to rental.
• A security deposit of £400.00 is also payable with the balance but will be reimbursed within two weeks of the end of the holiday.
• Changeover day is normally Saturday. Arrival time is after 4PM and no later than 9PM. Departure time is no later than 10AM. We would kindly ask guests to remember these time when booking flights.

Notes on prices: 

• Hot water for showers and basins is provided by solar panels
• Central heating – if this is used, it is charged for as an extra at the time.
• Electricity – there is a charge for electricity at the local rate.  Full details with the booking or on request.

Accessibility: Please note that Podere Arsicci is an ideal location for family holidays but parents of very young children should be aware that the house has lots of stairs and the garden is terraced. For these reasons, the rental is not suitable for people with limited mobility.
